SAVA AGM 15 March 2016

ARE YOU READY FOR IT?????? PLEASE RSVP TO ENSURE A FRONT ROW SEAT! VISION2020 – THE BIG REVEAL! Since its inception in October 2010, the past year has probably been the most challenging thus far, not only for SAVA, but also for its members due to a variety of factors including lower than expected economic growth, investor confidence challenges and the depreciation of the South African currency. There were also concerns raised regarding possible anti-competitive behavior related to our PSP. Competition is necessary to achieve economic efficiency and is one of the essential conditions of a market economy. SAVA is committed to the preservation of vigorous, healthy and fair competition and to complying with relevant competition legislation. Thus nearing the end of our first five years and based on the current economic and political environment we realised that we need a “step-change” to ensure that we honor our commitment to our members and the wider PVC industry. We invite you to embrace this challenge with us and learn more about our VISION2020 that will most certainly build on the current momentum and provide an even greater future value to the industry by addressing the following aspects: • How can we be more inclusive and ensure benefit to the ENTIRE PVC value chain? • How can we bridge the gap between government and industry? • How can we ensure FULL compliance with the Competition Act? • How can we promote better market penetration for the local PVC industry? • How can we really ensure an industry that will be sustainable in the future? VISION2020 – THE BIG REVEAL – RSVP NOW!
